friday
i went to temple again =D
followed them to kallang store (extra storage)
to get some stuff out.
me and adam took some cargo down before the others.
they were still packing some stuff up there.

we entered the lift and dunno why
it broke down =D
first time stuck in the lift.
lols.
it reached the 6 floor but didnt open.
i was like O.O
so random?

quite stuffy in there.
good thing ventilation and light was still on.
i didnt really care for the first 30 sec
in shock.
then i freaked out xD
but i recovered in about 1 min =P

the lift repair people took so long to come =.=
sat in there for about 20 mins.
one of the longest 20 mins in my life.
the longest is lit lessons and assembly.

anyway everything's okay.
we came out and we're alive.
thanks for yur concern.

lots happened yesterday too.
came home after 12
and left for the temple at 4 =.=
had a hard time waking up.
lama thought us some types of meditation
but i kept falling asleep =.=

and lots of ceremonies
and blessings and free distributions and blah.
then it was already evening.

and today's mother's day!

it broke down.
like what the heck.

i inserted new batts in it,
hoping it was just cus it was flat.
but it was already dead T_T

cost me 2.5k T_T
and spent about 1.5k on flowers.
and in the end, i only used 600 worth of it.

mostly metal songs and themes
from animes i havent seen in such a long time.
but they do sound great to me =D

Bought a guitar pedal at last! =D

its horribly noisy xD

spent $50 on mantaining
and buying new guitar supplies
lols.

went to the old folks home yesterday
for CIP.
everyone was put into groups
6 people to a room.

everyone there looked horribly sad lols.
amotsphere so dull.
only 1 of them could speak english.
and apparently i had to speak to this old lady.
and she speaks hokkien.
i dont.
so thru out i was like "uh huh. hmmm. yeah"
=.=||| helllp.

3 of them were pretty nice.
the rest were too weak to respond properly.
one of them had her hands bandaged up.
some wouldnt even look at you lols.

and dunno why the nurses so rough lols.
one tried to put a pillow behind an old lady
on a wheelchair.
she litteraly pushed the lady forward
and stuffed it behind her.
i was like "wtf?"

then they cut the nails of everyone super short.
everyone's was horribly short already.
but they will just keep cutting.
one of them was like shouting in pain.
then the dumb nurse just kept cutting.
lols freaky nurse.

yesterday speech day x.x
stayed in school till about 6.
had to play in the band for the parade.

we were given a new score a few hours before...
first time seeing it
had to play it for the marching lols. xD
1/3 page long...general salute.

uniform was screwed up lols.
the tie dunno why so hard tie.
matt tried to retie the tie for me
also complain my tie very hard to tie lols.

yesterday finnaly SYF =D
after going for band everyday
*mutter mutter...*

anyways
we left class early arounf 9.15
and did all the stuff we needed to do
lots of stuff happened
got ready
and prepared to go

my shirt was 3 sizes too big
my pants was about 2...
i've shrunk horribly...xD

reached there around 1+ i think.
singapore confrence hall.
moved to the tuning room
and i dunno why
bernice yj ru and niha
were invited.
they got tickets for front row seats lols.

we played 2 pieces:
1 choice piece 1 set piece
like the name says =P
you get to pick 1 piece
the other every band has to play.
we chose overture no 1
and pecos peublo =D (my fav)

i thought i would be nervous...
but in the end was really excited
couldnt wait to go up on stage
and i like the sound at SCH.
echos very nice =D
seats comfy too xD

screwed up a few parts =P
even my horn solo =.=...
lucky i think i was kinda well covered
by the other horn part and trumpet.
mispitched a few times at another part...x.x
but played very nicely at some other parts =D

but in the end.

but i think i did well =P

Whew. lols
had to try so many times x.x
just to get a skin that works
and looks nice.

i think this is i had to search
and try more than 5 different skins.
many of them looked good...
but didnt work.

there was this twlight skin that looked awesome =P
but it said "i love edward."
i almost used it by accident xD

so i get to skip school =D
but i have to go for lessons till recces =/

when i was changing to skin,
i accidentaly deleted my old info.
so i lost my taggie, my playlist and my hittie.
so i had to spend about 15 minutes resigning up for everything x.x

then, dunno why playlist.com deleted songs.
and shrank my list of fav songs
from 40 to 23.
there was only 19 left at first.
couldnt add anymore T_T
but they didnt delete the ones
where are wrongly named.

standard time today is 8.30
band members 2 hours early lols.
and todays a sat D=

played a fanfare
for the opening ceremony.
peformed choice piece
Pecos Peublo.
sound was weird on open ground.

our class sold chocolate fondue.
so i bought a $2 stick that day.
jude dragged me to the hall later
and wandered around.
spent about $10 on games.
cause i had no other use for them.

but by afternoon i needed food.
so i bought $5 worth more.
spent $3 on food.
$2 on a baloon hat.
had a parrot on it.
its head popped for no reason later
when i took it off and put it back.

borrowed another $3
bought another balloon.
flower this time.
carried it everywhere
after duty.
had to sell crackers at 3 for $2
walked everywhere to sell.
we managed to finish selling everything!
though...
akshay did all the work.

while going around
we met a few of akshay's frens
asked a few of my band mates to buy
ran from the evil clutches of others
forcing us to play their games or buy.

ate my prizes
(yes they were food)xD
took pictures for our project
a newsletter.
stood at the dunking machine
capturing the teachers falling in.
many failed attempts...
slow and boring.
every 15 mins then drop 1 time.

and it wasnt fun cause i dun have a grudge
agaisnt any of them.
and very expensive.
like $5 per shot.
and we needed to collect $500
to pay the counter to dunk mr gng
(disciplene master)
and i dun have a reason to not like him.
not worth my time.

overall...
fun but kinda boring at times
things usually too expensive
for example can drinks $4.
water coolers have been deactivated.
i drank from the tap.

and the games a bit boring.
the fun ones too crowded.
the boring ones...no one.

woke at 8.15
left for white sands at bout 10.30
but missed my bus =.=
waited like an idiot for bout 15 mins.
and met phy ron and stan there
and left for tampines.

there was this jamming studio
inside the middle of nowhere.
inside a HDB.
lols random.
so we went in.
24 dollars for 2 hours
i think.

room was quite cool at first
mics better than the other studio
we went to the last time.
drum wasnt too loud cus
the room was was bigger.

was soundproof too =D
cus they had this funny cushion agaisnt the walls
which was cool.
i kept slamming myself agaisnt the wall xD
safe. just kept bouncing back.
quality check: pass! =P

but.
the drums sucked anyway.
snare drum's snare spoilt.
hi hat was cracked.

Mic stand doesnt work either.
piano sucked too.
the sound produced was like...
for funeral one.

guitar amplifer the best.
no overdrive or distortion.
so sound like im plugging it
into a computer speaker.
in case yure wondering.
YES! THE SOUND SUCKS! =D

we wanted to practice properly at first.
but we kept going off and played other songs
and sing to it on our own =P
so we got nothing done.
lols, we couldnt really get anything done anyway.
guitar sound suck.
piano sound so bad until phy dun wan play.
ron still new on his bass...
stan...his drum. dun talk lar. xD

lols gonna take us forever to work on 1 song xD
so we wasted our time there
then we go kfc eat without stan
cus that joker nidda go home =D

i went out for a walk.

then i thought to myself...
i dun wanna go to places ive seen
i wanna go somewhere i've never been =D
so i did =D

i made my way to my house carpark.
the multi storey carpark.
duh ive been there.
but theres like 8 storeys.
ive never been to the top...
so i went up alone.

the carpark seemed extra quiet..
i reached the top 2 floors
they're open aired.
it was amazing!
it looked nothing like the floors below!
and i could admire the enitre view...
cause there was only 1 parked car
across like 50 parking lots!

i know it sounds weird,
but it was totally cool! =D
first time i've seen a carpark so empty,
and from such a high view too =P
there was no one there...

but opposite the carpark,
PRCS, which is under renovation,
there was this high structure they're bulidng...
i waved to the constructions workers across xD
and they were like
whats this kid doing?

i ran up and down and across the 2 floors
couldnt resist the temptaion...
i lay down in the middle of the carpark
and stared up at the sky =D
a 6.40p.m. view.
nice.

but after a while...
lonliness returned so
bleh.
i called up senn.
(i cant tell you who she is.
she'll slap me =P)
well, she was busy anyway.
so i left the carpark.
and headed for home.
saw matt along the way
and he's like "hey!"
he was playing ball with his frens

oh by the way,
he stays at the block opp my window

then i decided,
its too early.
so i turned away,
and headed to PRCS.

lots of students there...
school just ended for them i think...
pitiful souls =D
i left at 4!

and headed to blocks ive never been into.
ken stays around there,
the blocks near PRCS and Casuarina.
it felt rather relaxing to be alone for once =D
i walked to like block...482.
and i was like woah!
there was this empty patch of field.
and across, was this barren land?
they're buliding new condos there.
near downtown.
i didnt know i can walk to downtown in like 7 mins!
couldnt stop smiling =D

then i started to play at playgrounds
run up and down slopes and slides
and finnaly returned to my block.

again.
not enough!
so i took the lift to the last floor
cool view again.
i must do this stuff more =D

cause i remember locked phones can still call.

its like a free for all
lols 8 people were involved
some innocent people got dragged in too actually xD

and i suddenly started zapping him
and he zapped back
until we all lie on the floor
cannot stop laughing xD

whats more we were playing during art

Went to ron's house today
went there with stanley
phyllis came later,
and we started jamming there =P

i brought my guitar and stan brought his drum sticks
(yeah, there isnt a drum set there, wasted =P)
Ron played his bass and phy on the piano...
ron plays piano too.
Me and phy sang.

We were supposed to stay there till 12...
but we kept exceeding and stayed till 1.30
i brought my cam
i wanted to take a few pictures
but then i forgot about it.
oh, i didnt know there weren't any batteries in that eihter.

It was fun =P
though its a kinda weird way to celebrate Valentines Day...
Or Stanley's Bdae.
We managed to do a lot considering we were lazing around a lot
